Yea, they fucking hate Zelda porn aside from them, it's not that many publishers. Sony could, but very rare.
Most of the times it's either artists or shitty 3rd party websites where they sell their works, like affect3dstore.

In this case, I doubt Wizards of the Coast picked one animation from one specific artist to nuke, but not nuke the artist, so it's probably artist throwing reports to see what happens. And with pixeldrain being a huge pussies about everything remotely close to copyrights, they probably just flagged it without even looking what it was.
