Seeking Crime and punishment

I'm looking for a game where you play as someone who doesn't have to be a criminal but has the option to commit a crime and have either guards or police punish you. Bonus points if the punishment involves you getting fucked in public.

An example would be what happens if you get caught stealing in Wings of Roldea and you are put in a brothel .

The only thing I can think of right now is the there are two scenes in Rune’s Pharmacy that match your request. One is a scene with a shopkeeper if you steal from him and the other is a scene where if you do something I don’t really remember what but the guards will take you away and strip you in public.

There's 3 punishments scenes from Princess Sacrifice which is achieved by having high enough crime.

It’s been awhile but another game that had this kind of kink was Enicia and the Contract Mark plus it had a debt mechanic that was very nice
