Thanks for playing through the game so far! To answer your questions:
1. If you have not destroyed the diary by chapter 4, you will lose the diary and automatically obtain Brave Soul.
2.The Dawnstone is in the game’s data, but is not currently accessible. It will be available in a future update.
3. Outside of possibly adding more scenes to the lycan quest in the future, I have no plans for a lycan route as I have my hands full with the main and vampire route. For the record, there are no new scenes being planned for the lycan ending as of now, so it’s likely to remain as is for the foreseeable future.

Can We still go for a willingly joining scene to Lycans when asked? Not as a route, but a bad ending?

I couldn't save in or out the town (in Dorian Manor or out world) when I turned all of hunters....

You are normally prevented from saving while in the towns. Did you try entering and exiting the town to see if it would fix the problem? There is a trigger when exiting a town that reenables saving. Same with the fog skill that returns you to Dorian’s Manor.

I didn't. I went straight to Dorian Manor, then I tried save it in overworld.

I can try it after I defeat all of them again. I had a save file.

Yep. I think trigger didn't work at first time. This time, I was able to save the progress after defeating all hunters in mor Town.

While it's not playable, there is lamia transformation in the game.

I had a major stroke of inspiration as I completed A Link to the Past with a buddy over Switch online this past weekend.
