You can't access it as a vampire. It's only available after completing the hunter route at this time. That said, if you use a cheat plugin to warp around, you can teleport to room EE-8 and you'll have access to every ending and scenes involving you as a vampire.

Debug room is a patreon only perk.

You can access it on any route for cheats and skips and allows you to view the bad endings in the game(although you can’t access that part in the vamp route)
