Yep yep, that's the one! Very similar to Rina-Chan, but a bit more barebones at the moment. Hopefully they'll update it soon
Some dark ages we're living in, you know it's bad out there when so little new good games come out (or disappointing updates to once good ones). 
The new Mantis-x game has cum inflation, belly bulge and cum through. It features Hatsune Miku in 3D and you can customize her. It's still in development, but they update it from time to time

Could've been better, quite buggy, the bulge is done weirdly, doesn't seem quite physics based (not synced with size and depth), liquid looks shit in current version and has no physics, customization is VERY basic and dick is censored which is a shame, guessing the artist/dev is Japanese?

It's still in development, the other games Mantis ever did were made on renpy so this is their first 3D game if i'm not mistaken, so those things you mentioned could be optimized in the future

Full 3D remake of Syahata's Bad Day? Seems like it's the same dev. Hard to tell if it's gonna be any good, lately (I'd say last half a year) I've not seen almost any good game with bulges, even r34 artists aren't really delivering on this part lately (at least nothing crazy enough to satisify me, so much vanilla stuff)

It's not a full 3d remake, a completely different title, and it doesn't really have good detail on the internals but it's still an early playable phase that's downloadable right now for free, dunno about the paid version yet.Full 3D remake of Syahata's Bad Day? "Physical compatibility diagnostic" a short light novel type game (although not quite) where you have to navigate through dialogues to unlock different sex scenes and endings. While the game is in japanese, I played it using the google translator on my phone and the dialogues are really funny.

On a serious note, it's not complete for sure, it's hard to find out all the games since bulges are not a tag either here on f95 or on dlsite (or on any other site with NSFW games in fact) so it's literally a matter of accidnetally coming across a title or checking every single new release, here it's easy, but on DLSite it's super hard since not all titles appear on the english site and on japanese version it's kinda hard to get around (sure google translate helps, but not always), plus the fact you can't search by said tag. All the games you listed seem to have a pixel artstyle which isn't my thing (mostly since it limits the fidelity of said bulges if they are present), even looking at screenshots of these games it's very hard to actually tell any of them has any (and by abdominal bulges, I assume you mean those deep ones where characters body bulges not just at the belly or even just slightly below but where dick sort of "goes deeper" up the body - if that's the case I'll check those titles and add any that are good enough, I kinda like artstyle and character design and animations of the first one, however if by the abdominal bulges you mean the ones that are "girl is basically an onahole and bulge looks like a xenomorph trying to poke out of her belly at an extreme angle" then wonder no more why I don't include them - imo that's a bad way to do a bulge and thus it will not be included since again, it's a bad way to do bulges (for examples of perfect bulges, see animations by animopron, hold, guiltyk and that one animator whose name I forgot that does these animations of a girl summoning those big tiddy futa witches and getting fucked up hard with all the way through stuff, ridiculous inflation and honestly, I have no words, how does he fucking animate this stuff, it's so crazy, the level of polish and bulges and how it all interacts with each other in perfect sync and with double penetration while at it and all the cum sims, they are on a whole different level even above animo's stuff, cherry on top, chefs kiss, noice, etc).
Poor quality, smells of dirty asset flip and lazy cash grab and probably slow development followed by imminent "abandoned" tag, pass on that one my friend (if it's your game, sorry, but it really doesn't look well, if I can suggest something, scale down the whole open world stuff, focus on making better models first and good animations, flesh out the basic gameplay systems, make it good just on the sex part alone, only then do the rest with like quests, combat systems and open world map, manage the scale against the budget and time you can allot on development, no point doing huge empty game that looks ugly).
GYYO by Moist is perfect example, keeping it small and simple, focusing on what matters - animations, it's a sex game ffs, do sex well with nice looking models, rest doesn't matter that much at the start.

Plenty of the games listed have bulges, you clearly didn't check most, each game has basic description (and some additional seal of approval by color coding/bold lettering) so you can simply ctrl+f "bulge" to see how many there are, about 30-35 have bulges.

I stand by what I said. I do not care for your opinion about my statement.
I appreciate the effort you put into his post but you but one man and cannot possibly check everything out, I just aim to add my stone to the wall, some games are in dev, very early dev (like ninja sekiren ) some of them are bad or look bad but you've put your fair share of those on your list, just in case they might interest someone, just in case someone finds it to their liking.
you can try to kick my stone if you want, but my post will stay here, and I might even add more.
