It is still really early so not sure how much improvement this one's going to get but I'm still keeping the looks into this one too.
Inflation parameters work abit slower than most games but it exists, probably due to this being an early build.
Damn, that is indeed and early build, jump over enemies, waste no single bullet, get a yellow card, into the room, end, bulge does seem to be minimal, guess we have to wait, no point playing it yet, there is almost nothing to it for now.

Played it and I don't seem to see any cum inflations going on, and every single cum, the dialogue pops up and cannot be auto-ed, and removes the hand interactions entirely while doing it, resetting all movements.. It's surprising how horribly janky it is right now considering their past work is a working masterpiece.
The cohabitation thing with the talking is sweet and all but there's not much else to it.
Not really, as I wrote in the 1st post of the thread, if you want to suggest games for review that don't match the criteria for MY thread (one of the rules is no VNs, unless with massive focus on the in-demand/specififed fetishes, not a single image in the thread shows any sign of bulges, in fact, example images don't even show sex at all, which just doesn't feel me with confidence that this VN has a lot of it, and I don't care about one single bulge in one scene occuring if you go this path and to that and these things, unless it's major focus of the game, it has no place in this thread), you need to submit them via private message, that's to prevent the thread becoming a dumping ground for irrevelant and bad titles.
Added review of the game from TnDoys (sadly, not very good) and 2 other titles as well (also not very good).

I don't think it'll have its own game thread since it's R7 stuff, but at least we have that.
To think that this game also has internal view cumflation variants on either sperm or larva is quite the wild one. That, and the progressively different belly and uterus sizes depending on how much cum was hold.
It even includes pregnancy and its belly progressions as well, along with the cumflation while pregnant too.
Shame it's so R7 and anime graphics style instead of a more pleasant looking realistic or stylized non-anime style and has all the disgusting stuff with all the creatures and eggs and parasites and shit...

Isn't this a cum inflation thread? I was confused why this one had green text while it only has massive bulging and nothing else, but I do agree it's a neat simulator. I spent a bit too much time trying to find if there's any cum inflation in this game thanks to this reccomendation.

So no, not just cum inflation, it's all things I like, primarly sims, but really not just sims, some with bulges, some with x-ray, some with inflation, some with all 3, some even with none, as long as I found them decent.Not properly animated (not realtime animation), RPG maker, no other elements that make it good enough RPG Maker game to be on the list or considered "good" by me (see requirements for good rpg maker / simple animation / slideshow game, needs to be better than hazumi and pregnation in terms of pregnancy/condom breaking system, otherwise not good (unless animations are amazing, have bulges and inflation and x-ray, this does not meet all the criteria).
