I found these images on a website, idk if they are fake or not

Secrets that I know of:
On the character select screen:
(Shadow/Rouge) If you wait for a while, you can skip to the 'Ebony and Ivory' / 'Final Climax' scene.
On Shadow 2-2:
If you wait for a while before pressing anything, Rouge will appear. Click her for an alternate scene, which will go into to the 'Ass Stuffing' scene. In the original version, this scene only includes Shadow and Rouge. However, a mod by bottle33381 (findable in a comment) adds an unused Sonic animation to this scene.
In Grand Finale:
Clicking on the icon of the currently used character switches it to the next character. By clicking this while on Sonic, you will switch to Amy. While on Amy, move your mouse slightly to the right, and you will find a Cream scene.
While on character select:
After revealing the true title screen, before clicking anything, click on '2017'. This will bring you to another screen (Living Room Shadow), which can branch into three other scenes:
After the second Shadow scene (the one with the horses) OR the first Rouge scene:
Rouge will mention Knuckles. Clicking on his name (or on 'enormous' if you are using the unlocked file with the different font) will lead to the 'Knux' scene.
In the first Sonic & Tails scene:
Pressing the TV behind them will play the 'Retro scene' for a few seconds.
Consoles:
There are multiple consoles in the game, each behaving slightly differently. The only console you should really care about is the one you can reach via the 'Living Room Shadow'**. This is the only console where you can input the final cheat. Inputting the final cheat into the console accessible through the phone* will restart the game.
To activate the console, click on the cartridge (bottom left), then click on the on/off switch, and finally on the controller.
Codes:
Codes can be input into the controller. Each letter corresponds to a button: ABC = ABC buttons and UDLR = D-pad (U = up, D = down, L = left, R = right, and START = Start button).
thats all I know about ST3
ALSO: 'What if?' has the same lightswitch as in 'Knux' so that might be a clue to get to the scene but im not sure

- Clicking on the Chao plush will bring you to the Cream scene (with a Chris Hansen jumpscare).
- Clicking on Shadow’s phone will open up a menu with a few interactables. Clicking on the back arrow will exit the menu. Clicking on the 'C' will open up a console*. Clicking on the media player icon will lead to the 'Shadow Phonefuck' scene. This is a looping scene, and you will need to press the 'X' to exit, as it has no ending.
- After waiting for a while, Shadow will say, 'The stars don’t twinkle'. You can then press the moon (a big black orb in the top-right corner of the window) to access a console**.

- BALDBARD: Unlocks Sonic branching path and 'Grand Finale' as well as two (presumably) secret scenes.
- RADCAR: Unlocks Shadow/Rouge path.
- ABRACADABRA: The final cheat, which contains most scenes.
- UUDDLRLRAB START: Unlocks Zeena scene.
- UDLRA START: Unlocks the same Zeena scene.
- DCLL: Unlocks BIMBO scene.
