Man... what an unfortunate.They cut the content because of some company issue or something. I remember seeing a notice on Ci-en a few months ago.But I gotta respect most of the Jap devs who try to finish the game, unlike some those that take donations and leaving the game unfinished

excluding bugs I think there is everything in the game, at least I saw most of the scenes in the recollection room while playing, I missed a few but was my fault

Didn't remember if they are unavoidable scenes, and if they are they are light. In my first run, noone fuck her but her boyfriend. I think she get nude in front of a trainer and the merchant but even that is optional. The only scene who isn't avoidable is being nude in front of the doctor in the intro but you learn that your bf didn't dislike that (until one point). But even when you learn that you can refuse to cuck him.
Oh you could also turn her lesbian if that what you want but better let her going sexual to get the most of it. Basically you can pick and choose a bit here.
I will clarify a bit what i mean by nearly no sex. The FMC have an unavoidable scene in the intro where, from what i remember, get naked in front of the doctor, who had drug her. He also suggest that having sex is a way to replenish her mana.
But after that scene everything else is avoidable if you want to stay loyal. But keep in mind that you will get naked again if you improve your relation with the merchant and maybe get molested too (didn't remember to be honest). However, she will only fuck her boyfriend in the love path (she could also fuck the blond girl if you wanted to). Most of the scene you will get if you choose to follow the love path or true end, will be scene with the blond girl anyways (not that i mind, they are hot to me). Keep in mind that the love path isn't that heavy in feel, i mean that the romance isn't really develloped here but at least they are some dialogue, sex scene and even an ending.
So you will get sex scene, but most involving the merchant and the blond girl (without the FMC if you want of course). Even then are optional but i suggest to take them to be able to get some good card because if you don't, the combat will be harder
On a more general tone, i get what you mean with the "true end". For me, it all depend of how good the writing are. For example in "Treasure オレが見つけた掛け替えのないモノ ", the MC and the FMC gradually feel in love. You experience how they meet and how they slowly became into each other. Yet arrive a moment where the dark pattern arrive and the girl get fucked by someone else (i won't spoil it but since they do all that buildup to show how much they loved each other, let just say that the girl is force into this and if you don't save her, she began to fall for the sex).
To me it's fine because the girl isn't happy to have sex with someone else than the MC all the time, except if you don't save her in time. (where many different dark path exist ). She even try to resist as much as she can.
And to respond specifically to karma rain, as someone who played it and wanted to avoid any NTR scene, it was not to my taste. I drop the game so i didn't experience all of that but it was a bit painful to play with not a good justification to me. It's not bad by any mean, just not for me i guess.

Thank you for this valuable answer and taking your time for this, it helped a lot. Now i know what i can expect and honestly that sounds great so far. I don't mind her getting naked, so i guess i'll try it out then. I may have jumped to conclusions earlier, my bad.
Games like you described have way more substance to them in contrast to the two points i listed earlier or all the other usual overused cliches. Let's hope we get more of the good ones at some point again.
Yeah i dragged myself through Karma rain cause i wanted to see the bonus content after the main game and because i really liked the story background and characters minus the points that bothered me as written in my review. It at least showed me that there really can be too much of thing in a game. Lesson learned, since then i got more careful with what i play and ask if i'm not sure about the content of a tag/kink (not only NTR specifically, could be any tag) in a game for my own well being, which is sadly not always appreciated on here but it is what it is.
Yeah i completely agree that the tags aren't precise and some folk here like to blame us when we ask precision, despite the fact that this nice site state that kinkshaming isn't allowed.
I guess that some just don't understand that we can have some niche taste but after a while, i've come to accept it and if someone is vocal i kinda remind him that it's not okay when at the same time, trying not to pollute the thread with it.
Anyways shirayuki is the first game of the dev, so i'm curious to see what will be next.
I try playing using joiplay to play, but it doesn't work if you use a GitGud patch (only work if you play normally). So I want to know if there a way to make it work with patch installed
Just in case anyone was curious about the Pregnancy tag (5 pages in for some reason) it's mostly Ending only but also they talk about it a lot in the normal scenes you're getting 70% of the time. Forced pregnancy seems to be a major theme of the writing even if its not present in gameplay literally, they'll bring up knocking up the girl every other scene and once you get past the first dungeon a lot of scenes will have the guy using a special skill card to make them look pregnant and talk about her like she was really pregnant though the scene so its a nice bonus if you like that aspect of the tag.
As someone who doesn't really like netorare I was actually pleasantly surprised by this game. I just picked it up to check out the pregnancy tag and see the art (which was really good) and found that this is actually a really good Male Dom game and even more surprised to find out that the guy who's getting cucked was more of a character than not and also asked for it (though I suspect he's been hypnotized I'm only part way through the game) Whole thing is really good. Big recommend so far.

I saw someone comment that some contents were cut but they didn't specify which one. Could be false though but to me, it does feel like it's missing something. Or it could be just me feeling that way.

To be more precise they are scene where he is present but don't have sex with the FMC, and some where he did have sex with her (follow the "true end" or "love end", dunno what to call it)
If you wish to avoid any sex scene between the FMC and anything but the MC, it is possible (as i've already stated in my previous message) but don't expect too much scene about these two. You will be able to see many scenes with the blond girls and a few with the merchant instead; or you could see all scene, it's up to you. Pick and chose whatever you like!
