Also, to those who might be having trouble unzipping the folders, they need to be unzipped as a complete package with 7-zip or equivalent. Download individually, unzip together.

Rename the last bit of the files without the underscore between Part and [number]
ex "Cuddle_Mocap_VR_Collection_Part01.rar"
After renaming them all, I was able to open part01 and it acted as a multi-span rar file and extracted the whole thing from there.
