Ironically I thought "Wuxia" was the genre, while "Murim" is the geographical area (or martial arts sphere) in which these Wuxia stories play. "Jianghu" being the social environment of the (cultivating) martial artists, while civilians are outside of that but will enter the moment they learn martial arts.

Both Murim (Wuxin) meaning Martial Forest and Jianghu (Lake and River) mean the same thing, the communities of martial artists. But Wuxin is more about martial communities, while jianghu focus more on the complex, gritty and shady nature of said communities.

Agreed. Trap in a harem can be iffy too because if any of your harem engage with each other, then you're introducing another dick into the mix. Some sort of toggle or option should probably be included if so.
