I started with Quinton from Michael 8 and then moved sliders around until it was kinda like him. I used Falcon's tanned skin (it's a really dark tan). Morley hair (which also comes in the Michael 8 bundle).
I'm pretty sure the actual Marcus model in the game is gen 3, but you can make a gen 8 character that looks a lot like him.

Another tip is once you have Marcus' skin, hair, and body mostly right, put his face in the shadows or obscure it in some other way. Under Emma for example......
