Hey guys, developer of Cumrooms here.

The game doesn't contain any backdoor or IP loggers. If you have some proof please send it to me on Discord (liljacob) and I'll take a closer look at it.

I'll release patch for all the bugs in the game soon. I just had a lot of stuff in my personal life so I didn't really have time to fix them yet.

Also I would appreciate any feedback you guys have. What would you like to see new in the game or what would you change.

Two bugs I've found when starting the game.
One: When in menus I will select an option and the option will highlight will I am hovering over it, but will immediately then move up to highlight the top option in the menu. When selecting FPS target, it will get stuck reducing the number until it is at 30. For example, if I select 300, the option will tick down one at a time until reaching the lowest framerate. This isn't an issue with my mouse or keyboard, it is only happening with this game. I can only stop it by closing and reopening the game.

Two: When getting past the tutorial and stepping out of the elevator, I walk up and click on the receptionist to talk to her but the game gets "stuck." My mouse cursor becomes visible and I cannot move or look away from her. I can still open the guide with tab tho. Same thing happens with the other woman in the kitchen area.

there is proof here its somewhere awhile back of someone showing it in full and how it logs your ip

Well to be entirely fair that wouldn't really prove much as you could just remove any (alleged) malicious code before uploading the new un-obfuscated builds, So it's hard to say that proves much tbh

But alas that's just how I feel lol

This will be an interesting game to see on steam... There are multiple backroom games, but there are only so many, which are of the adult kind...

Hope it doesn't end up like Frankie's FunClub. It's three dollars cheaper and uses an IP that's anyone could use, but after the last update and it taking them this long to possibly fix it, I'm not feeling too confident on the game. I don't want the game fail, just don't want to see it left unfinished.

Well.. I hope too that Frankie's situation won't happen again,but the situation is not ideal at the moment. One from the devs left the project and doesn't want to continue in this industry, so now it's just a one-man army, but Micinka doesn't want to give up..and is apparently looking for a replacement.

At some point, I thought about intercepting the Patreon authorization request messages and sending back my own response, but that's a janky solution and would require running a separate background program. Ideally, I'd just like to cut off server requests and unlock the content by default.

The Patreon version shouldn't have encrypted global-metadata now. I've disabled it. Also I'll be posting the steam version here soon.

Steam just recommended it to me, so I looked online and found this old version. Great to hear it's going to be released here too. Also, how are IP loggers malware? Every website does that, and I would imagine most games for usage statistics. Also backdoors aren't malware, they're a vulnerability with what can be done with them

That's strange. Currently, the game is being sold for money on Steam, and it has paid Patreon subscribers. For them, the developer releasing the game here for free would be a slap in the face. Why would the developer publish it for free on some random forum unless they added some not good stuff to the code? -_-

I don't know why, but I find most paid Steam adult NSFW games here for free. This is, I think the most popular NSFW game forum besides ***********. While I don't care to check the developer's honesty they could have added not good stuff like a backdoor, so I can't answer your question as to why they would do what they do
