Sort of. Some of the characters come with pre-existing "partners" that you can become involved with. I found little to no emotional engagement during the gameplay though.

I played this in JP. It's terrible, just like most of Tanuki House's other games. There's barely any story here. It's basically just a groping simulator, except it fails even in that because the interactions possible in any scene are scripted--basically limited to one or two different actions. The gameplay is just a simple click-timing minigame (with the same exact timing required each game--there's no variation at all). The NTR is just a single scene at the end of a route if you fail a golf putt. There's two different antagonists but the scenes play out basically the same regardless of which antagonist you "choose". The JP reviewers on DLsite are literally insane if they think this deserves 4+ stars.
