The wardrobe is not in the right column. The button to launch it is in the right column, but clicking it changes the main area of the screen (the center of the screen where all the usual interaction takes place).
I can second that. It just goes back to the beginning of the talk.

There is absolutely nothing in the right column except for the empty, blank phone. No words, no letters, no buttons. The damn phone takes up the whole right column. For correction, this is not on the first day she preps for school. It's the 2nd day or the next time she preps for school. I've seen her wardrobe once when you had the option to dress her "cute" or "sexy". But, the next time, in the mid column it just mentions colors, yellow, pink, light pink, and above it says you can access her wardrobe in the right column, where I find the damn phone, and my story dies there.
I would send you a screenshot, but, I don't know how to do that.
You can't. Just another started route. Game have a lot such routes which have a some progress.

Now that I'm up and running in this game I hope the dev can include some incest with the parents, separately or together, brother and sister too. Hope she can work a glory hole, say at the club or bar. She really needs skimper, sexier outfits and to be able to go without a bra and panties. How about getting gangbanged in the gym. Just suggestions, food for thought.

You have to change the html file for that, there is a fixed html version few posts back
The bimbo route and any consquences haven't been added. If the dev worked on the game more then it would have probably been implemented by now but I hope the Dev doesn't change his mind again and again and just rolls up with the fix and next update faster.
