well, dev's got banned on patreon and rage quit. while there's always a chance that the dev will come back but I'd say it's highly unlikely

He was shocked by the information that the girl might be under the age of 18. This is a very serious crime, and he doesn't want to be associated with such things, but he really wants to continue operating within the law. If they haven't have any legal charges in the country they are in, the Dev should just try reopen as a new account. Usually

And even without a bestiality patch needed (ex.: InfiniteLust Studios - making hand-drawn games, exploring many taboo genres, but they are thriving and prospering).Personally, I don't see any reason why Dev's account might be closed (as there are far more perversive and disturbing content that still has monetization), besides acting from IP of counties, where legally their content might be considered unlawful (Iran, China, Russia. etc.), as having an earning on a grey scheme without paying taxes.
I'm no lawyer, but I can give some advice on how it should be made, so you or the Dev may DM me here.
Also they may try to contact platforms/creators directly and ask themselves how best to operate and earn money on their adult game.
I don't think that any current law limits (AI) generated pictures. And who should be charged, the developer of the AI algorithm or the user, in this case dev of the game, who hasn't even specified the age of generated models? To me it's more likely Patreon's ethical decision.
In any case, lawyer qualified in dev's country will be the best bet to ask.
another thing is I think due to payment processing companies removing themselves to try and moderate adult games on platforms (I believe paypal but maybe some others) but I know almost all of the itch.io hentai tag and a few of their other nsfw tags got completely wiped and only a few projects have been put back on so maybe just need to try other platforms or figure something out regarding the payment processers

yep, Visa and Mastercard have put massive pressure on whole industry of adult content in last couple of months plus UK's "Online safety act" poured even more oil into the fire

Damn I keep coming back to this hoping to see KitLick has made a comeback. This game was great and had so much potential, it's a shame to see it die because some morons want to police what they think is art like some ahole riding the passing lane cause they want to police the worlds speed. I really hope KitLick finds a way to continue in the future. Best AI art I've seen.
Honestly, depends on his local laws. To me, this character easily passes of as a petite woman. Not even a loli, or fictional CSAM as some jurisdictions may call it. In US, legally speaking, nudity of loli characters are allowed as long as it has *artistic value* (not sure what that means), but sex is not. But it is seldom enforced, the law enforcement has better shit to deal with. As for EU countries, they have mixed laws and regulations regarding loli. But this character honestly does not seem like one, so there should be no problem. The bigger problem would be platform policies and regulations.
Also, I am no legal expert. So it would be best to do his own research.
