This Episode finishes the story but not before giving us some time to spend with Lisa, as well as clarity about what happened to her and another character which also seemed to have vanished. Let's just say that this other character is not someone pleasant. There is an optional adult scene with Lisa that can also be unlocked in the gallery, as well as wrapping up the story line and giving access to endings. The Episode consists of 200 new images and animations
There are 4 available endings in this one with 7 more to come in the final update to the game. The endings are unlocked in the main menu "Unlocked Endings" and they are Anna's ending, Gwen & Lisa ending, Bonnie as well as Hannah's ending. The endings are structured to show what happens after the story is finished, they include an adult scene with that character for which the ending is unlocked as well as bits of story. One ending is not enough to get a clear picture of what happens next but the more you unlock, the clearer that picture becomes.
In total, this update consists of 700+ new images and animations. The next and final one will bring more than that, hopefully I can get it finished in time, fingers crossed. Make sure you don't save your game just before the endings are unlocked to prevent any future issues once the final update hits.

So, if i get it right, there is kinda no one leaking the current version? I guess it explains why the chapter release number is lower than whats talked about. Usually, what is the delay to get chapters here? 2-3 months after patreon? I assume because eventually he puts them free to public?

No, it was the patrons who leaked it; some send it privately to the moderators to be released here without identifying themselves.
Sometimes we get the current release leaked before the next one comes out. Sometimes it's a release behind. And sometimes it's 2 releases behind. There is no real pattern.
