It depends on what you consider lesbian ntr.
The purple hair girl kisses MC's gf at first, then later tries to seduce her. Unlike the other dude, I dont think it was done in a realistic way. Realistic would be the blonde freaking out and telling her to stop that shit immediately since she is already in a relationship and even pregnant with MC's child, so acts of infidelity are really a big deal/very serious since breaking up is not really an easy option because of the baby.
But here, it is the usual trope of 'I am not lesbian.... but this is so hot, I like you.... but we should stop ... for now'. It is clearly teasing and building up to a relationship between the two of them ( and later between the three, a throuple)
The problem some may have with this, is that she is trying to seduce the gf behind MC's back , when he is not around or sleeping, etc. This is something that could be seen as "cheating", as the MC had no say in this. But the gf somewhat stops it. Still a rather bad way to start a relationship. "Hey I made your wife cheat on you with me, and since I also made you cheat on your pregnant wife with me how about we make this a throuple?" It doesn't help that she keeps trying to go for he wife even if you have MC reject her advances on him.
So it is not really a case of " oh they touched during a threesome! Ntr! Reeee". But it is also not ntr really either, at most you could say it is shitty way to set up a throuple for those who dont have a lesbian fetish.

Well, Daniels K stays true to himself.
I would say "shitty approach" in developing threesomes/throuples is his brand-feature. Happened in almost every game, maybe only Lancaster Boarding House stands out.
I'm sure people who like FF action don't mind it. And Dev himself probably is a huge fan of it.
I for once do not like FF stuff, though in his previous games (the ones I played at least) it was ok-ish from my perspective, didn't bother me enough to start making a big deal out of it..
In this game though MC and GF are in a serious relationship, she is preggo, lol, other girl tries to seduce her and GF doesn't seem to mind that much, soooo... yeah, I'm definitely not a fan if it.
Well, we'll see how it goes.
I'm also not a fan of forced GFs, It's fine if we can ditch GF in the end and end up romantically involved with somebody else, so who knows

Out of all that's happening in this game, that one is your biggest curiosity? WTF is wrong with you people and the GF + Allison situation? Play the fucking game and wait to see what happens or don't play it and shut up. It's that simple.
Alright, it seems as if Allison is into the main character and she's also trying to make moves on the GF. The developer always said that this relationship can lead to a threesome, these are the seeds of that threesome. If you don't want the threesome, do your best to block her and turn her down. That easy.

Hmm...I think it would have been more accepted if the GF at some point noticed purple was becoming smitten with MC first, and then the GF allows them to become closer....because she wants to make her man happy.
But to have purple make inappropriate passes at MC's GF without his knowledge, will affect some who dislike the use of a predatory lesbian trying to instigate a throuple relationship path. It makes the GF a shitty cheater if she allows it to happen, especially when she is pregnant with MC's baby. Purple should be interested in MC first, not his pregnat girl friend.
But I guess with this dev's previous history it's been always OK that girl on girl content happens without user consent...but for many it's the same if it was guy trying to have sex with a love interest. So I guess I'll wait to see how this title ends, avoiding any of the previous disapointments that has happened with dev's other titles.

Not everybody plays a man-whore route, some players just play different rotes dedicated to each LI instead (and remain faithful).
Though I admit, this is not the case in this particular game cause we start with forced pregnant GF, that's one of the reasons why I'm not a fan of forced LIs from the beginning, basically you either play only her route or cheat, frankly I don't feel bad about cheating in this game cause apparently it looks like GF is also not a saint.
Well, we can be romantically involved with other LI, but it doesn't necessarily mean that we abandon the child, happens all the time. For those who are going to play the game from scratch for the first time, do you recommend it with or without AI?
The AI one has slightly better looking characters but not by much, you are good either way. I do the AI one, it looks a bit better for my taste.
