It's tangentially related. A few characters return and few are referenced, but for the most part the game shows you "memories" for important things that happened in the first game. It's better to have played it, but you should be able to get everything just from the memories.

Yo, I decided to download 6.00, and bruh it greeted me with some kind of sad scene between lilina and the succubus (i forgot her name) but doesn't lilina actually against the succubus on CA?, after a month gap, I'm sure I'm on 50ish progress on CA, but i didn't actually see lilina is actually accepting the succubus

But seeing this big changes in affection between them makes me sad, i do like the mc on CA 2, but at the same time I don't want to ruin the story, and from what i feel, playing CA feels like chores to me

The cheat menu allows the creation of extensions. Don't know where you got that extension, but that tab isn't available in the usual cheat menu plugin.

Have you completed the previous section? ie have you left the the cave and resealed the barrier up top? And did you talk to Ferdinand after leaving the cave the first time?
