you have to birth 3 times in that phase of quest, until one of the baby worm assimilates with you

It's more like the opposite. Starts with a scene of the MC being tied up and facefucked.

Here is the Eng version complete edition by me.
An interesting note is that the dev removed or just didn't need the second Z_Wolfzq_Help.js file called Z_Wolfzq_Help2.js, but i added it back so the cheat menu works.

I'm not really playing the game anymore because of the little by little content updates. I recommend just wait till a few versions more to play the game if you have something else to do.
