One aspect of corruption is what you describe. It's a valid opinion. But... it also doesn't hurt in the same way. This? It absolutely has weight and intensity. Here's this fat piece of shit. A loser and bastard through and through. He's got nothing going for him except a big dick. And he gets the girl. Because she gives in to those same female insticts. To lust. Not the loving, helpful nice guy who genuinely cares for her. The fat ugly bastard who only wants to fuck her wins. That stings. It infuriates. And it IS humilliation. Pity? Cringe? That's not up to us to feel. We aren't the ones getting betrayed. The male character is. And what's more humilliating than losing your bombshell wife to a dumpster goblin? At least if it was some macho epic bull then you can say "well he's clearly better" but in this case he's not. He's WORSE. THAT is corruption. She downgrades because the lust is stronger than her love. It's illogical. Stupid. It may seem like a laugh to you but in a sense, it's even worse when it's an ugly bastard. That betrayal hurts even more in that case. Because in a sense you Don't get it. It's irrational. That's NTR at it's finest. It shouldn't happen. But it does anyway.

so I don't mean this as criticism im just curious, dev did you use chat GPT to help write at all? this is something im more curious about than anything since it's a new kind of thing thats hard to recognize. mainly I found it pretty surprising how verbose the wife is, like, sometimes spitting out 3 lines in a row that max out the textbox, that's pretty unique not many authors feel comfortable writing that much for a heroine. she also can be weirdly polite in the kind of way chat gpt sometimes is, like her praising the MC in bed felt almost like chat gpt praising someone for a good prompt. anyway i just got the vibe that you may have written a line then asked chatgpt "rewrite this in the style of a regal condescending elf" and then it returned massive chunks of text. but my bad if that's not true I may be getting really into my own head here I just thought i'd be pretty neat if in 2025 characters are written easier with chat gpt in that way
