Ain't nobody here actively defending the dev's terrible and almost criminal behavior of not hoping everyday on patreon asking how we've been and catching up with us here in f95zone; in fact, as far as I've seen on this thread, people are planning on cancelling their subscription over this, which would be a bit premature to me, considering how almost every major h-game dev is far worse in terms of communication, which is understandable for many real-life reasons.
Of course the dev knows having better communication and better management of the team would be better in the long-run, but he has a real job and a life outside all of this. Thinking this is his priority at any point in time is just not realistic, in other words, it's delusional.

It's understandable why everyone here is upset, be it Patreon subscriber or not. Let's hope he didn't overwork himself too much and eventually compromised something more important like health, work, or relationship
