It's hard to answer because the dev isn't responsive and had an alleged history of abandoning games. We've pretty much given up on this game being continued, maybe try visit again next 2 weeks or next month
In my case, I will resubscribe if he continues posting consistent updates with worthwhile art. It is vacation time in many places around the world right now so I understand a break around this time of the year, but this should be mentionned to paying patreons. But in my case I couldn't wait and started drawing and all and did the art from my last two posts, but it took me hours to learn the software, then draw with my mouse, etc. I never did that before but it's doable. For me it took many hours with reusing existing art and changing it, but the script was like 20 to 30 min. It's not that hard, I guess you just need a plan on where the story will go and some creativity.

Its only been 2 weeks and a half.
usually takes half a year for it to be considered abandoned or probably much faster if the dev doesnt respond or update.
The editor left the team, leaving only the art and the programmer, then they went weeks without any news and a month without any game update. Even if the editor didn't leave, this project probably won't be completed anyway, because the art dev has known for scamming
Its so wierd why he would create a game and release a couple updates just to scam.. Like the game has a lot of potential and his art is really good...His older patreon is also abandoned and there are still roughly 20+ people still paying in that patreon for free
Yee, could be his full-time job is so tiring, or as dawggie said he's on vacation, or he's not ready to be consistent in a game development, or its just his way of life... Born to scam, even though he's already scamming in his previous patreon, he did post quite a lot of his art in other platform, only time will tell if he's still scamming or not, because he hasn't post anything in his platforms (twitter, patreon, etc...)
