To be completely honest, there's not much (but not too little, decent for its 0.3?) yet (if we're talking about the raunchy scenes).
I'd advise to let it steep for now if you're looking for a great time. But if you're into the slow but gradual tease like THIS (Cursed Forest Quest) game, it's got the content of what you'd expect from its v0.3.
I'm intentionally being really vague about it cuz the NTR content is already not many (I won't say few) if you exclude the husband scenes (cuz we're not looking for that stuff in the game).
Thorns beneath the wings is also the same thing except its 3D

This one I can actually recommend playing now since it's progressed further. Combined with The Sunken Promise, this dampened the lack of update of THIS game.
I don't quite understand why you're writing about version 0.3, when it says 0.6.5 right here.

What I don't understand is this: if someone wanted to scam us, why end the game now? They could have stretched it out, releasing filler chapters with no intensity or progression, and kept slowly milking our money. So why end it now? It doesn't make sense. Maybe they ran out of ideas, or there was some internal problem among the developers, the animator, or the team in general. There are so many things left unexplained and unresolved. I really hope that this year or next, the developer officially clarifies whether the game is canceled or not. At least then we'd know the truth and could move on.
Your guesses could be true, if the developer doesn't have a history of abandoning games, I'll think that the internal fights could be one of the main reason. I'm guessing he ended it now because the Patreon subscribers are starting to get mad/impatient at the late and lack of updates, he was planning to only stretch it out until September. But if he continued to deliver in the same cadence, he would already be done by June. I'm just guessing too. I hope he is doing well, health wise. Maybe he is religious now and wouldn't make games like these anymore lol

This was Dev's previous project that he also abandoned.

He dropped the project because it was too much work, simple as that, and he chose to focus on his IRL job.
(He started the game with a job colleague that dropped him after just a couple of months of starting the project because it was too much work for him)
And instead of being honest with himself and his patreons he decided to go radio silent (again) to squeeze more money out of whatever Patreon subs he has left.
This dev is a scumbag, and I hope he fails in whatever he tries to do in the future.
Lol. I'm not defending him, if he didn't have a history of abandoning games, I would've thought there's an internal conflict between the members. That's a valid point that he decided to focus on his real job, I didn't consider that because I thought he is doing this full time and just tries to milk subscribers, he even activated a Patreon sale recently. To be honest, I don't think he'll get too far in life because of his behavior. If he starts a new game again, someone will call him out, someone might already be on a witchhunt for Phatsmash. The colleague that dropped out of the project might even be Aleksandr 14, the dev for the Thorns Between the Wings. The story is similar, he knows how to continue the story, both versions planned to have some change of outfit for the version 0.7 updates. I haven't compared their coding style yet, I remember the colleague that dropped is the Editor

Asking an open question, can someone summarize who was doing the work on Cursed Forest Quest? Was the creator doing the writing + the art + game mechanics all alone ?
I am just asking, cause honestly, his writing skills, whether it's the style or making the story captivating, is really top notch. I would go as far as saying its the best I've seen for a small NTR game. Sad to see this scammy behavior...

do you rly need programmers for a renpy game? I thought its made to be easy af. Hes prolly the only dev and all other mentioned teammembers are just his pets
