Pretty good update all things considering.
It's very impressive that this was managed to get completed and development seems to be back on track relatively unscathed. This is a good sign, most projects would end up abandoned in similar circumstances. I would guess that most players not familiar with the drama barely notice anything changed.
Recovering from a setback as large as this means the remaining team is probably resilient enough to finish the game.
That said here's my constructive criticism:
I noticed that the writing quality dropped quite a bit. Not only in the amount of spelling and grammar mistakes but also in unnatural word choice. Most concerning was that there were sections that felt a bit off. Vallabelle sounded dumber and acted slightly out of character. In a way reminiscent of a fangame or fanfiction. It wasn't extreme and the writing is still sufficient enough for the game but it was still a noticeable quality drop. I'm guessing there wasn't enough time to do any proofreading and maybe have another revision or two. Writing is very important for a project like this. If the quality drops consistently people will stop believing in the world and characters which will result in people eventually just holding CTRL.
The animation was honestly a downgrade from the 2/3 frame slideshow method usually used. If the cost in time and resources is higher than for the standard slideshow "animation" then it's not worth it. To me it looks like a cheap Live2D animation or an old adobe flash motion tween that stretches the original image asset.
Some general suggestions:
There are a lot of SFX and voice packs available online, either for sale or for free that would suffice at this scale. Pants/sighs/moans would suffice for now. Extra budget and time is way better spent on writing and art, which is the main draw of this project.
Opening up votes to patrons would give more incentive for people to consider support (and up support tier for more votes) however it has a bad track record of backfiring and biting developers in the ass when choices are made in the short term that hurt the project in the long-term. Developers wants to fulfill a vision and make the best product possible while getting reasonably paid for it. Supporters just want to nut, now. These goals are not aligned. Voters will always just choose the sexiest choice in the moment to nut as fast as possible at the detriment of character development or corruption pacing. More often than not it's a bad idea to have patrons directly involved in development.

I agree on that last part, I have yet to see a game where polls were an actual good idea. Supporters tend to think more with their dick so narrative and good story progression go out the window once u let them decide everything. I think it's better to have polls on inconsequential stuff like outfits/general aesthetics and let the rest go according to the vision of the dev.

Rejoice Soix, as we can now wait however long for free content as pirates again. With how things are going, you probably would have had to pay at least ~300 euros for anything meaningful in this game.
I will be amazed if he can show consistent progress for more than a few months.
but in all honesty has been demonstrated how stopping payments en masse can and will devs get back on the game or close completely the patreon, in any ways we won at a cost of the game but a scammer less pollutes this forum with false promises

Why do I feel like if Durrak has a condom and use it as an excuse to fuck Vallabelle like he gonna say that he isn't touching her because he has protective barrier Vallabelle would believe it.

honestly same but for some reason I can't put my finger on exactly why the new scenes became boring, possibly as I might've said before the delays sort of made the game lose its momentum? (at least that's the way I see it but it could different for you)

Its because the scenes are pretty similar, Durraks faps, Durraks faps staring at boobs, Durrak faps staring at ass, Durrak faps.
We reached a point that things needs to escalate
The already slow pacing was exacerbated by more delays with questionable outcomes (one subpar animation, worse writing, short content).
I mentioned it to the developer a long time ago, but I think it’s very difficult to have meaningful, natural progression if every scene is short. When some event or setup happens, Vallabelle’s reactions are limited to effectively one or two scenes. Then it takes a step back and repeats this pattern in a slightly different direction. Then it gets delayed by vanilla sex with the MC (which is coming again in the next update). Then it gets delayed by extenuating circumstances. Then the cycle repeats.
I also said that it was not a good idea to have too many sex scenes with the MC and Vallabelle. The initial scenes already established their relationship, and future scenes that highlight Vallabelle’s changes only work if enough development with Durrak has happened.
These concerns were mentioned since the initial release, but it’s apparent nothing happened. About five months later, “corruption” of Vallabelle is still barely beyond clueless innocence/cultural differences. Nothing has changed since the last time MC had sex with Vallabelle, so this upcoming scene will only add to the quagmire pacing. People coping will be thankful they can at least see Vallabelle doing anything, but it basically delays actual NTR scenes yet again.

the problem I sort of see with "things need to escalate" is that this game was advertised (or at least what I'd heard from other people) as a "slow corruption NTR game" (not the exact words but you get the point) so if you escalate it the "slow corruption" thing sort of goes out the window but if you keep the "slow corruption" then it becomes boring
but I'm not the smartest person in the world so there's probably a way you can have it balanced and still be not too fast paced and not too boring at the same time ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

personally I think we should keep the sex scenes with the MC purely just to see the differences in Vallabelle's reactions after "interacting" with Durrak more and more

I think the real stuff begun in 0.2. You might not be the target audience for the game. There are plenty of game where wife/gf opens her legs right away. For me it's more hot to see Vallabelle and Durrak simply interact and slowly become closer. Like did you notice how she is not correcting his swearing anymore? She even swore two times lol. I just wish we'd see more of husband's pov but with the latest scene I think we're getting more of that
