In the building where Ishet is standing, there is a door leading to your room, go in and then go to the bed
I haven't noticed a door anywhere in there, there's stairs that seem to lead down on the top-right corner of the room, a desk with a chair on the bottom-middle, and what might be stairs leading up on the bottom right, but none of that seem to be interactable in any way.
Edit: managed to find it, it's not very visible, lol (for those also looking for it, it's on the left wall, you can only see the top part)

Go to the central building on your island, go through the door on the left and walk towards the bed, the character will automatically go to sleep as soon as you approach the bed.

Hi Daiji,
50_shot.wav does not exist. its 50_shot.mp3 by you, that bug gives no sound by shooting 50 AE.
Renpy supports .ogg file format, i recommend using instead of .wav, id say its same quality but way much less weight and looks professional.
I also find your sound of this gun not ingressive, so i created just for this game an 50 AE shooting sound, to please my ears.
Its attached and of course free to use however you please.
