It upgrades jap COM3D2 to COM3D2.5.
That installer is exclusive for japanese version. Do you have japanese version?
If yes, extract the rar and mount the iso. Run the installer. It will copy and upgrade the entire existing COM3D2 game folder to your specified destination (with mods and all) so make sure you have enough storage. You have to reinstall CMI afterwards.

for eng version the COM3D2.5 upgrade installer is packed with +X0 dlc

The error means exactly what it says. Missing/corrupted/incomplete GameData\script.arc
You must stop seeding before making any changes to the game.
Try updating the game. That should at least make it bootable again.

There is no safe way to downgrade version. Old updaters allowed force overwriting arc files but that's not the case anymore. And that wasn't safe anyway.
Alignment issues are usually caused by messing too much with the height in the wideslider (F5).
Unusually short and tall maids will have this issue.
It might also be a plugin that you recently updated if you say that everything was fine before.
See if everything is fine if you disable all plugins (rename winhttp.dll to _winhttp.dll)
Also see if default maid presets work fine.

I borked my good copy of COM3D2 in an update mishap... so I'm getting 2.29.4 Vanilla Repack.
Buuuuut, I also have the 14-part miniseries outdated version of COM3D2 from the OP. Is there a simple uncensor for that old copy that's just a simple link? There was one on the first page and it's dead and I've searched all over this thread for it.

Do not combine the 14 parts from op with the ones from the torrent. That's not how split archives work. Just sayin.
Use 7zip to extract and nothing else.
I'm not sure to understand, the version on f95 is complete? Cause i saw many DL with over 70Go

Repack in op is R6/30.11.2021 ver1.11. aka old as fuck.

is the most complete eng repack you can get right now and you still have to manually install update and a bunch of dlc.RX won't be available until December and it will probably be based on COM3D2.5+KCES R3 depending on how plugin development goes until then.

Please delete the screenshot.
It says very clearly that you have to install Vol 10 if you have R9. Everything before that is already installed.
DLC checker from CMI is useless for Eng version. The eng dlc checker hasn't been updated in years.
