I tried downloading the files, but I kept getting notified that the "files were corrupted" when I tried to unzip them. Anyone got a fix?

is there a link to an all in 1 download, id be waiting almost a day to download all 7, at least with 1 i can throw it into a torrent and forget about it

you get 2.5 in order to use KCES which has no mod support meaning no uncensor either.
if you want 2.5 without KCES then it's just a more bloated COM3D2 with less plugin support. Mods still work with the old maid body but many plugins won't work and even if they work you can't install them from CMI just because.
I downloaded the vanilla repack COM3D which is of 104gb so how do i put additional DLCS which are translated
after you download all the 14 parts and extract it, is it already in english? or you need to find the english patch yourself?
So I downloaded Custom Maid Ultimate - 2024 Edition, installed over CMI, everything works, everything is cool, dream game. But a lot of things are still in Japanese (not critical), I have only one question - how to make maids from Nekopara, like DLC there is such a thing, but how to do - I did not understand. Please tell me how to do it.
For anyone who had the "unexpected file error" issue for the files, and you know for sure there isnt any missing parts. make sure all the files have the exact same name (other than the .001, .002, 003, etc..) For example, I had the same problem because one of the sites I downloaded the split files from renamed the file and removed the underscore in it. so I just renamed the file that didnt have an underscore to match the rest of the files.
EXAMPLE:
"I changed COM3D2EN.7z.004" to "COM3D2_EN.7z.004" to match the other files names"

DLC nekopara only have clothing. Try to edit the face, choose the hairstyle, eyes, and adjust the color to make it as similar as same. (btw i use preset of ZOOBOT, face and hair of ZOOBOT, body and tattos of some modders)
you can search "zoobot com3d2 patreon", nekopara mod and some character mod in free tier collection.
Where can I find these sets of clothes and stuff? I looked, I don't see anything related to Nekopara, how does it even look in the game?

R8 is much newer than the one in op. But at the same time R8 is 1 year old. I should upload R9 soon enough.
As usual I'm going to need some help with kickstarting the torrent.

Dude. You asked on ulmf too. You didn't answer what version of COM3D2 you use. English or Japanese?
If english you install it on COM.
If japanese you install it on CM and link COM to CM in order to use it.
I only have the Eng installer and you can't use it on Jap game.
