The mod needs to keep up with the updates. By the time the games are released, the mods should be too. I'm tired of waiting for the mods to update.
To damn bad. Make a mod yourself if you can't wait for people who do this for free and have lives that don't revolve around making mods. They do this for free. For the community. Then we have people like yourself who are ungrateful with what they do. I for one am glad we have people like Murray, Joker and all the creators who dedicate their free time to make these amazing mods for us.

I'm grateful to them too, but I was saying they should have the mod ready by the time the games comes out.

And how can they do that? They don't have access to the game until it comes out, are they supposed to magically know what variable choices the dev has put it in the game before the dev releases the game?

hey hi, I am new to this community. Do you know or point to some dev threads for making these renders on Mac?
also could you point me on how to integrate the mod in Mac system?

I don't have a Mac so don't have much advice, but I can point you in the right direction. For help making renders you'd be better asking here. For integrating a mod into a Mac installation, I took this instruction from a different mod thread: Mac: Unzip to a temporary folder, right-click your "CyberneticSeduction" app, click "Show Package Contents", go to the "Contents" folder, then the "Resources" folder. Hold the Option key, and drag the folder named "game" from where you extracted the mod to the "autorun" folder inside the app package. Finally, click Merge to complete the install.

dude just play other games while waiting , why rush the update , i get you are excited to play the update but the mod doesn't even take that long to be released, can't you wait 3 / 4 days for the mod?!
Also the mod dev has no obligation to you or anyone with this mod , he is not getting paid by you to make the mod.
Just wait for the mod patiently ,like everyone else

Most of the time they don't work with the game dev/have access to the code before ... How can they ready the mod by the time it's released ? Use your brain and turn your tongue/writting fingers 100 times before saying shit

Or you can pay them for speed coding LOL and keep it for yourself, we don't care

And you keep replying/trying to get the last word ?

You sound very FAR from grateful. You sound like a lil stuck up spoiled brat that wants things this instance.

As stated, if you want the mod so bad, make it yourself instead of whining. Oh, what's that? You can't? Then zip it.

My friends,
I completely agree and appreciate Frostvred's comments. This mod is so controversial, and I'm on the verge of abandoning it. I have no contact with the developer, and I don't receive the code in advance, so I have no way of having the mod updated at the same time as the new version of the game is released.
The game is extremely complex, and the many decisions constantly change the course layout. Furthermore, the sandbox is nearly impossible to control, and I've been criticized for not having access to scenes that can only occur at the player's discretion during sandbox sessions.
I have several other mods I'm developing besides my day job, and I haven't even played Cybernetic Seduction yet; the game doesn't appeal to me in the slightest, so I'm delivering the latest mod updates, like this one, untested.
This is my last comment on this matter. I'll continue updating the mod as my time and other activities allow.
Best regards,

Murray.

Murray, thanks for the comment. I always thought the Dev was in contact with the modder from the OP. If I offended YOU in any way, I would like to say sorry. I just play the games and like the mods. I don't understand anything else when it comes to mods. I've tried going to collage for Computer Science, and IT but I had trouble comprehending what i was reading and wheat they were asking so I gave up and dropped out. I think my mental disorders and knowing that I'm a slow learner affected worst then I thought.

Throw all that out the window.
It's simple logistics:

Game dev makes game -> QA -> Public Release ->
Kind mod developer downloads the game -> Goes through the yarn of messy twine that is the script. ->
Codes their Walkthrough -> makes sure it runs -> QA(or release it and hopes for the best) ->
Uploads the mod(if didn't gamble in previous step) -> Consumer(us, the nerds in the forums) downloads the mod ->
install the mod -> play the game.

So, in short. A mod dev will NEVER know what the game holds, until it's actually made. Just like us.
Then they have to look at the game. Just like us.
This at the same time as we get our hands on the game.

So at a new game/VN update, never expect a mod to be released the first week..
You're lucky if it does get released the first week.

And if it indeed is released in the first week of game update.
Then you'll have to wonder what the mod dev sacrificed of his spare time, just to give us a mod.
Their own sleep. Family Dinner. Time with their kids.
Potential PAID part time job. Birthdays. Weddings. Funerals. What not.
The list goes on. They are just humans. Just like us...

Add: The Mod dev spoils their own gameplay experience by making these mods for us.
They get potential spoilers that'll take away from the experience. Which will suck, if it's a game they actually play themselves.
So a little sympathy is what they should get, instead of scolding.

Don't blame ya! And it's understandable.

I always run URM on the side of whatever WT mod I run, IF I use a WT..
Just in case if I see something that just don't make sense.

This game is a mess.. (due to things getting opened or locked, if you do or do not)
It's a game where aiming for "harem" or being a "yes man" benefits a playthrough.
(though, some get locked if you pick the other, so two or more playthroughs is required even there, unless cheat)
However the "good" or "bad" ish paths, makes even that complicated.
Not so impactful right now.
But I'm sure someone get slapped by the time the game is done! :p

I really want to like the game. (interesting concept)
And I continue to follow, download and play the game.

But nearly every update, I find I have to start over.
Cuz, the dev have changed something. (often for the better.. so props to him!)
I'll bump into a part where the game tells me I've done something I'm certain I have not.
Which is verified by using URM. (and I'm fairly good at marking my saves out of habit, as I do solo, harem, and none routs of every game I find is worth my time)
So Restart of the game it is. (which sucks when there's 10+ potential playthroughs. And I've pre-maturely "nixed" several potentials. It's just too much!)

Too many things is hidden in the sandbox.
Most the time things are fairly straight forward.. but them pesky hidden bits.. grrr.. (or god forbid if you skipped something cuz it's not THAT playthrough and you're saying nope to a certain individual)

This is just one of "those games".
It hates walkthroughs.

So yeah.. You're brave modding for this one a is!

Maybe by the time the game is done, a "Path selector" would(or at least could) be a thing.
