How do you get Aline to change into her schoolgirl outfit? Also: Yay! New update! Thanks Maelion!

Edit: Nvm. Need to wait until nighttime to trigger the second schoolgirl event.

So the Revenge path is just for fun or there are some preconditions to complete it properly?
Whether I choose an ambush or a front attack Aline is defeated.

I think it depends on what skills you have specced into, like the ambush one would require you to have gone down the ambush tree of skills. So if you havent specced into the skills necessary to pass with either option then you would be stuck losing either way.

The first guy was defeated successfully with the "Abush Pro" skill.

But the second one beats Aline even with the "Ball Buster" skill unlocked...
Maybe the Revenge path should be chosen later after Aline starts sparring with Charlotte...

The fight bug is fixed, wrong teleport.
To avoid it, don't win in sweat mode with Aline fully clothed.

There's a routine for each dominance/revenge pentagrams with appropriate skills. You may have the ballbuster skill or another required, you can still fail with the wrong approach.

New bug: game hangs after arrival in the subway if taking the subway patrol mission as of the new update.
I need more details or a save file please.

I'm still not sure exactly what skills it is for each route aside that from the option of hiding getting its first pass from ambush and the direct confrontation getting its first pass from ballbuster. i presume you need another skill as well to get both of them. It certainly feels like revenge and dominance being open world events are meant to be enacted when you are very confident in your current skill set at the very least.

Still not entirely sure myself what skills are necessary for the second check. The first ones for each path are definitely ballbuster for the direct confrontation and the ambush for the hiding route. I am definitely getting the impression that doing revenge or dominance are meant to be things you have to wait for your skills to be pretty developed before attempting which is backed up by them being open world events you can just put of tackling until you are ready.

how do i unlock barrier of indecency and barrier of sex doll i did everything in Dr.Lucius and got everything in lust trait but i still can't unlock it?
Barrier of indecency can be unlocked when all previous skills in the same tree are learned.I think Sex doll requires indecency first and probably previous skills in that tree too.

Maelion - thanks again for posting the update here.

I have previously played v .2 and .3, and offered some detailed feedback/critiques on the writing & game systems.

I had a chance to play around with the new content, though I did not explore everything exhaustively - more on that below.

Cyberslayers continues to impress in many areas. The Phantasm system, the Trait system, the integration of character choices and "builds" into the game play, the attention to detail - all of these are excellent.

However, the other issues I brought up above are continuing to accumulate. And I suspect that as the game grows, they'll only get harder to tackle.

I hope that the critique/feedback is useful to you.

Thanks again for sharing your work, and I look forward to seeing future releases!

Real A+ game in terms of freedom of choice, character progression and skill usage.

But I really got to hand it over to loshad, the free-roam aspect is user-unfriendly to the extreme. Game makers on here should really take a page from Porn Empire when attempting to recreate "free-roaming in a city" with menu transitions :
  1. Don't create branching endlessly repeating menu labyrinths that we need to click though until our mouse breaks,
  2. Put specific locations 1-2 clicks away from a centralized map so players don't waste their time.
But I gotta say, when exploring quest locations and dungeons, the way it's currently done is atmospheric and balanced. So not everything needs to be super efficient and centralized, only the free-roam aspect.

I take note of those very instructive feedback.

Being a rpg player as well, I also realize the tedious side of traveling between the hotel, working at the police station or going to see Lucius.
In my defense: moving from one place to another also allows me to prepare for random events, like the one where Aline gets groped while getting in the cab or meeting the groper in the subway to go to the police station.

If you had a menu, these elements would be difficult to set up.

I think the solution to this problem is actually not to break the flow of the game by improving the quality of life rather than putting up barriers. So I need to think now about teleporting from one area to another (rather than waiting too far into the game) and implement variable related mechanics without waiting.

Ideally the following (not exhaustive):
Be able to spend a day and switch to evening/night mode
Be able to go directly to downtown
Be able to be directly dressed as a police officer in front of the task board

I could create a kind of portal in the Hotel, in the room when the free mode opens, with the recommendation to explore the world to unlock events. This way, the routine of certain tasks and their automatization would be more pleasant.

The difficulty is the balance between this free mode and the interlocking story elements because in my mind, random events can influence the long run and the player can miss things.

For corruption, I don't quite get it...Aline behaves differently depending on who she is with but her overall corruption evolves with the Phantasm software that the player unlocks. It may be a weak point but it's also a less classical and linear corruption than in other games.
I try to keep a main line with her "natural traits" that reveal who she really is. Those same traits that you like, are actually at the heart of the story and reinforce the gameplay.

That's kind of the intention I wanted to convey with Phantasm and its sometimes strong reactions, but what I have in my mind is not necessarily well understood by the player. The story will explain this later, as it did with Leridia.

I'm confident about the long term and the balancing, both in terms of the corruption mechanics and the dialogues as well, which I'll work on as I'm doing on Leridia right now.

ps : on a side note, Dr.Lucius's game has been thought for the whole game as a side task you would like to do from time to time between mission. Because there're not many missions to do now with early content, you're tempted to grind it.

That is the key element to understand the game.WE players are influencing Aline with the PHANTASM system,even if her mind is resisting.I'ts like a temporal hack that eventually may become her normal behaviour.

During the game you can see a lot of moments where what Aline says or does,and what she is thinking,is DIFFERENT.She is aware of her strange reactions and questions herself.

Maybe the game needs to make more clear that for all players.
