Well I have done the puzzle (I think correctly) and the code should be:
4 - drawers in the office
3 - lab coats in the area
2 - bathtubs in the bathroom
3 - plants in the examinations rooms

4323 - although, the code doesnt work so if someone saw something I havent please tell me

Code for the safe is 4325

safe code is 2545, clock is 12.46.22

Beds in Patient Room = 5
Plants in the two examination rooms = 5
Drawers in the Office = 4
Bathtubs in the Bathroom = 2

The order apparently can be random, but the values seem absolute (mine was 5542)
