It shows up for me when I browse the 'gay' tag and it shows up when I search for it by name too, when I'm logged in. When I'm logged out, I can still see it if I use the 'gay' and 'adult' tags at the same time.
itch search revealed nothing for me, I used both the bara tag and the "daddy may" in the search bar
Are you logged into itch? It won't show up with the search bar if you're not, but it should should show when you browse the 'bara' tag as long as you also add the 'adult' tag along with it. At least it does for me.

The dev said 2 weeks ago he won't be updating his Itch.io pages anymore since the new rules because itch io delisted his game from the search, and that he is searching new place to post his game, and the new 0.14 build would be longer to release because of this.

I mean the MC looks very much like a minor, it can definitely get banned if those Karen pushing for it. (Even if it doesn't have sexual content at all).
If we let them get what they want, no game will be safe anymore. Remember they tried to ban GTA5 and Detroit Becomes Human.
Silver Lining is Itch is looking for resolutions of not throwing NSFW creators under the bus, let hope something good will happen.

there's "route" but its basically the same story with different character, basically at the beginning you can chose work without pay or be with the profesor

Yeah, it'll probably follow the "twink sub, bear top" dynamic most of the time. I wished that the dev could've done more than just stick with this dynamic, giving more options than just skip content.
