Some more feedback.

What game needs to "feel" even better (IMOs):
- Idle animations (even if simple like blinking, smiling, looking around or scratching)
- More faces (randomized eyes, noses, mouths, moles, ear angles and shapes)
- Active role when playing as female (riding animations for example)
- Ability to replay sex minigame with NPCs without minigame, just for animations (stop with space)
- Zoom in on acts
- Weather and atmospheric effects like visible "wind gust" particles
- Equipable and buildable torches or light spells
- Maybe combat formations and follow distance

Small things to fix:
- Skill system for your team is hard to understand (how does it even work?)
- Dungeons are atmospheric, but really cramped, even 2 tile wide and high corridors will make them much better (you can make dungeon as big as the map without any problems really and spawn surface enemies inside at night)
- Hotkey slots in the skill tree are barely visible (brighter borders needed)
- No way to see book progress from game session and what books give statues

Technical things to fix and add:
- Building lights don't light up sprites and sprites don't have shadows
- Ability to hotkey commands from shift+x menu

Suggestions:
- NPCs give quests for construction of a specific building or getting dungeon "loot" for rewards and maybe even NPCs working in those buildings or on those "artifacts", giving tribe wide buffs (loot can be a condition, not literal items, like destroying one visibly marked or differently looking urn)
- Skill and Skillpoint rewards from dungeon altars
- Map landmarks like ruined villages, graveyards, etc.
- "Ocean" map border, stone walls look sad
- Map

Bugs noticed:
- Character gets stuck on bushes, stones and trees if holding forward and jumping, sometimes it leads to walking backwards while holding forward
- Tribe got stuck in a death loop after something strange happened in a dungeon room with many traps, vases and "shooting eye". Every tribemate disappeared from that room and "died" minutes later to be respawned in their house only to die immediately and respawn again to die
- You can build on yourself and your tribe will entomb you by quickly building placed object
- Sometimes your companions can't reach a stone or a tree with their swing

I'm curious how a racial mechanic would work, especially if you cross-mix.

Would the child get random body parts from each parent, like fox-tail and bunny ears? Or would you have just a standard hybrid for each cross-pairing? How would this work for stats?

The former sounds better, as you could then end up with a child that's 75% fox, 20% bull, 5% cat. Kinda like the game Pandorium.

Thank you for your feedback Caerna! I'll add the issues in my TODO list :3
Some of your ideas are planned, mostly those related to the gameplay, it's the big priority for me.

gruntlord? I won't add inter species stuff, all sprites are hand animated, 4 times for each sides, 2 times for each sex, I would need an infinite amount of time just to make cross-mix between two species. I use sprites cause illustration is my comfort zone and it's easier for me to produce, but it's a long and tedious task.

YakuzaZzz I'm sad you dislike the art direction and hope you at least enjoyed the gameplay.
But the art will not change, I'm happy with it UwU

You've made fine caves.

Suggestions:
- any food production
- sex between NPCs
- NPCs nudity (clothes? they must be produced first)
- waterfront map barrier, not rock wall
- camera move can be limited to avoid isometric view deformation

Malerouille I was thinking about how an animator can implement face randomization using standard spritesheets without going insane.

You are using spritesheets for animations, right? Big sheet with every frame as a N*N px sprite?

You can draw faces on a different layers (layer for eyes, layer for mouth, layer for decors, like moles, scars, spots, etc.). And then save them as different sheets (so characters will be faceless by default) and overlay them on char bodies using random seed to select spritesheet for every part of the face. In this way, coordinates and movement won't become a problem and making several version of faces using this trick is more or less doable.

Maybe after main things will be implemented this will be worth a try.

edit: In my last run, dungeon entrance generated in a way that ladder was in the rock wall of 2nd level of terrain so my tribe got stuck there and nothing worked, they weren't even teleporting. Maybe navmeshes in dungeons getting broken at generation or something like that. At first they were following me through the corridors, but then suddenly returned to the bottom of the entrance and were standing there doing nothing. Had to sex on of them right there and new tribemate wasn't broken and was able to teleport out.

I rather have nice 2D sprites for the PC and NPCs instead of ugly 3D blocks.^^ It's fun to play imo even though it's a very early build.

Will the current gameplay stay the same? Do stuff until you win and then a different map loads or will there be a proper campaign mode with some story?

What about proper penises for the different species? Only human cocks or more defined ones later? =3

Hey Malerouille Nice Start, even being in such a early version, I really liked the direction it is taking, I wanted to wish you a lot of encouragement and good luck with the development, I think it will be great, As soon as my financial situation improves, do not doubt that I will support you on patreon ^^
