I just finished Part 1 for the first time, but I can't play NG+. The only option that appears after the end is to go to the next part. Do I need to finish Part 2 first?

From what I know, you only need to clear Part 1 to unlock NG+ for Part 1.
Simply go back to the Title Screen and start a new game by selecting Part 1.

So I've got the streamer mode bug as well. It consistently activates every single time a scene should play, flicking it on and off makes the scene play in streamer mode first, then in normal mode.
Since apparently only one person had the bug so far I am not really finding any ways to deal with it.
Played part 1 with the kill the monkey route, everything worked correctly, on part 2 the bug started and won't go away. Never touched any of the options in between the parts.

So I think this bug only occurs when switching parts from part 1 to part 2. But is it permament, and you can't disable it again or it works when re-ticking the option in settings?
not exactly a bug, possibly even intentional, but some of the texts are yellow, which makes them essentially invisible unless highlighted. is there an easy way to fix this, like maybe a setting in cheatengine or something?

Hold Ctrl to select multiple entries, right click and pick "Change Color".
This table was made with the dark theme of Cheat Engine in mind; You can use this as well.

I managed to get it unstuck by clicking on "Off" and exiting the menu while on the world map. At first it didn't work and kept throwing up "Support the game on mangagamer and F95" on literally every single scene, but somewhere after turn 100+ it suddenly stayed turned off.
It felt like every time the game saved the flag would get reset, but turning it off again and again at the start of multiple turns fixed it eventually.

I will try to move the functionallity of saving this option to other place in the code, but with that I might break cheat table, so I don't know if I should do that, unless Loligeddon will fix the table after this change (if it's needed)

Alternatively, if you know how to get Rolex, Oruore and Aristotle please let me know. I've tried mercy charge with sticky ground+defeated warrior+2/3 empty jail so they must still be marked as important.
Just as a side note, when I let Hornet take Helman territory I got the coke bottle which I found funny, given the pain that particular treasure had caused me in part 1.

I have tried another round starting from part2 (NG+) and the scenes were censored for me even with Streamer mode turned off.

Will fix this is new version, but personally it didn't occur for me so it's kind of weird. And disabling it from options works as intended
Anyone have the solution? I also meet the same bug, all of the scene in part 2 were censored with streamer mode turned off

Well without doing anything it works for me, I need a way to reproduce it to fix it. Mind sharing save if it doesn't work for you? I see uncensored.

As far as I can see yes, there is a scene however that the reinforcement from Helman will leave your army and goes back to Helman.
This makes sense for the story for part 2.
I got this problem too on my "Kenshin Route" save files. The zip is too big (18MB) for F95 attachments so you can grab it until 11/02/2025 from my cloud:

Basically, it remembers it during my game session. But if I relaunch it goes back to streamer mode.

Thanks for save. Now I see, so after launching the game and re-clicking it to ON and then off again works. Well this is done on GameFlags so it should persist per current save file. I can make that thing global, but for now I don't have time to make the update yet, because translating the other mod.
The temporary solution for this problem would be setting streamer mode to ON, then OFF and save game. After saving it should be uncensored from now on. Looks like you need to do it once, after starting/switching from part 1. That temporary solution should be sufficient until I make new update with permament fix.

To add a little info when I did the same that I turned on then off and I saved the game it still went back to streamer mode to me. Now that I started a new run from part 2 somehow it got fixed to me. So I think if someone upgraded their old save file with this new streamer mode it persisted until you finished your run and you started a new one? Maybe you have to turn it on and of, save the game, finish the run and THEN start a new one so it stays off.
I am just assuming. I tried to replicate when you asked for a save file, tried to break the game to make it happen but it got fixed somehow in my new run.
