As far as I remember, they are completely taken apart in bits, so you won't gain anything by decrypting the files.

Yes and no, the images aren't in so many pieces, most of them just uses 2 to 5 types of pieces, usually it's body-facial expression-arms
so you can easily gather every part to get the full image in photoshop

It's a bug. Should be sorted in public release

After you start that quest, go to the pool then talk with the tanning girl, she'll tell you to go to convenience store, then teleport back home, again go to the route to school you'll get the option
