Yes! You can choose not to pursue and have any sex action toward them, but you would lose at least 50% of the content. And even though it was called "sex", it's still only at foreplay or teasing so you are good to go, only aunt Daisy have real penetration sex so far

People really should separating between fiction vs real life when playing porn games, a porn game with content like incest, rape, NTR or even involving loli/shota should be allow and enjoy as entertainment. It was that simple: You don't like any character in the game then don't pursue and continue their story, problem solved. This game was an RPG game with open world for players to explore freely too, so very easy to avoid the fetish you didn't like so all the fuss wasn't make any sense

If I remember correctly if you hover over the '?' it should highlight squares you can interact with ( her top,shorts,hand) not all of them open right away - hand mainly.
