Im trying to give Daisy the dress, but I dont know how to.

Apparently I need to go back to the store and purchase 2 dress, then give it to her during dinner. Went back to store, did that, and on dinner ive this "conversation" sign, but I cant speak to her, if I sit down to eat nothing special happens.
