For me it's usually around 7:00PM - 8:30PM NZST for update releases. While bugfix releases are around 4:00PM to 6:59PM.

I will say something that could maybe sound bad, but "testing" for a rpg game like this, sounds really dumb. Like, i would understand if this was like the third or second build, but well, it's just my opinion.

Same for me,the main point for using RPGM is that you don't need to code a lot, just code when you want to add something that rpgm don't have

testing doesn't necessarily have to do with the codes. Milda might be testing other things like is all pictures correctly placed? Is the text readable and correct gramatically (which in my humble opinion Milda should take an english course)? and so on.

Or testing everything how good the scenes is and probably doing something you know what I mean
