I tried it and it still works the only problem or better said mini problem is in anna's scene when it gets stuck it overlaps the image on top of the other but it does not affect much and on the rest it works very well

I don't think the cow is the only animal if you remember that the neighboring farm has a horse and one of the girls takes care of it even though I don't remember the girl's name

Is it to see all the scenes ?
You don't need to have a full save file, just choose "dream" when you go to bed
Otherwise I don't know why you would want a full save, there's really nothing that changes as far as I know

on one save when i finished halloween event the character went noclipping all over and sometimes he was invisible so i couldnt exit the room with daisy, after i find the exit door the character is still noclipping. its kinda annoying but ill manage but still
