I don't understand how to get the oil and the book for daisy route. I have the money on me, the guy is there in the morning at 7am at the school, but when I talk to him he does not answer anything interesting

This is not Doctor Bones games or Witch trainer, forget about it. This game has a ton of characters and lots of scenes an development for each character. Last update gave Daisy multiple scenes and introduced a new character. This update will gave Pixie (and Mabel, I think) some new scenes and will introduce new characters. That's how updates work in this game. Milda is also really active working in ths project. In fact, one of his patreon goals is that after achieving a certain quantity of money he'll drop his current job, return to his countryside and work full time on this game. That's how commited he is.
I think people vastly underestimate how hard it is to do work besides a full-time job.

I converted the old mod for version 2.0
contains : big D mod during anna sneak sex, vaginal sex in bathroom (daisy), deep sex (daisy sneak) and anna hide and seek vaginal

late edit : you put this under \www\img\pictures

put the files not the folders inside this folder and replace existing files
How exactly do you access the deep sex for daisy? The hide and seek one worked so the mod is clearly installed, but if I go for the daisy night scene I only get light sex. Is it broken for later versions?

Yes. That said, it is also true that some developers are CLEARLY too lazy (that or they're japanese salarymen). There's also those who work full time in a game and still expend months for a little update, like What a Legend, probably because their work isn't well organised.

I mean yeah, it's true some people are blatantly just either lazy or are clearly trying to milk the last bit of money they can despite actually having given up on the project, but I very much think this site massively over-uses the "the dev is lazy", especially since every person i've heard say this clearly have literally zero or near-zero experience in game development and art.

I don't particularly doubt there's a fair bit of laziness from the developers of the games on this site, but people are way too quick to conclude and way to sure of themselves whenever they suspect someone is being lazy. Especially considering many developers are struggling with tech problems (which can take a stupid amount of time to deal with) and often have fairly little experience in coding.

From my personal impression What a Legend outputs a whole lot per update and updates every half a year or so, so i'm not sure why they would be an example of blatant laziness. Don't they literally finish entire base character routes every update, plus some other stuff? I'll admit I would expect them to be able to do do a little more considering it's full time, but I absolutely wouldn't call their updates small.

Literally the only time i've seen the type of argument be used is when people's "criticisms" is literally them just shouting "lazy dev" over and over because they want more content. Though maybe I haven't been around too much.
The amount of criticism is vastly overestimated. Most of the time the criticism is about the game direction or what updates are focused on or most likely how the gameplay works than just calling the dev lazy.

That wasn't my point. I said the only time i've seen someone respond with "it's a part time dev" is specifically when people are calling them lazy, i've never seen anyone use that argument to justify some design direction.

People like to blend regular criticism and bitterness at the dev. It's why you'll see more often the reasoning of his circumstances but you won't find that many instances where people are calling him lazy. Pretty much any time someone critiques this game, you'll see the same excuses from the blind fans every time.

Okay, then what is the problem with this game? Or the criticism that people are poiting out?

If you saying for the progress that you had to do to get certain scenes, then yeah, i'll give you that one, count that as two, because the next updates were kinda painfull to get them

However, i didn't see a lot of people saying about that, just that the scenes were not good in dialogue, and i kind of agree, he has a writter now, so i don't know if it's gonna rewritten the whole game at some point in the future, which i doubt

Either way, the dev just wanna makes this game for fun, he doesn't wanna go to a deep story, which i respect, he can do whatever he wants, apart from that people were asking a lot about Daisy sex scene, and welp, wasn't the best thing but it is there

Don't know what i'm saying, but the point is, it's still in progress so he might change some things in the future, like he did with Daisy story!

But i still wanna see you're criticism about these game, or the people in here, just out of curiosity

There is the bible introduction
Daisy's story I think is still a problem. If what Milda is going for is corruption then her willingness to go along with everything without much fuss and the fact that the MC doesn't get denied from her ever or get punished for doing something she didn't initially agree to goes against what the game is telling about her. She originally had a problem where her scenes were too light or non-scenes without really progressing but now there's progression but without the story catching up with it. There just isn't any real setup for her scenes.

Another core issue is the mentality of the dev doesn't work very well in a game development setting as he's stated before that his intentions are pretty much just spamming H-scenes which you can sort of telling between updates, that the updates aren't really tied together well in that it's just storyline of the month. Even going back to characters later, their scenes don't tie well between updates. Using Daisy again, you're spying on her in the bathroom and fantasizing about her in one update but just going for it after a farm event randomly and substituting her dildo. The former scenes don't have a payoff while the new ones don't have any setup.

Even with a writer, the last update wasn't that strong on storyboarding or on dialogue. Dialogue still doesn't sound natural and in-game events make no sense logically lining more with porn video standards than porn game standards which are different. There isn't any plan at the moment for dialogue to be fixed or touched up either so the purpose of a writer seems almost unnecessary at this point as there isn't much difference between now and then.

And even acknowledging the clear issues with gameplay and the lack of any way to hint people what to do, much of the gameplay is just a grind fest and wandering around until you get to a scene you want. And most scenes are just tied to having something or being in a place at the right time which is unimaginative. With all of the activities that are in the game, there's no scene that's actually tied to how well you do an event or by doing it enough times. For example, scenes with the teacher can be triggered by paying attention in class enough times or by studying and getting a good score. There are two scenes that are tied to the time and day of the game related to farming but none that justify the usage of your own farming. It'd make more sense for there to be a cucumber scene tied to your growth and selling of crops to Douie or Daisy checking on the quality of corn you've grown but instead they're tied to waiting. In some games, this can work but it doesn't when the scenes are progress based so you're locked out of seeing any other new scenes until you've dealt with those which go against the intention Milda meant by doing other stuff while waiting. People do one character at a time.

People get that Milda is making this for fun, but that doesn't mean all criticism should just be ignored.

I feel like you and maybe a few others are expecting too much and setting yourself up. Only criticism most devs will take is if it's feasible for them to change. Either way take a chill pill, there is so much 1 person can do (I guess 2 now kinda). Also feel like we're not sticking to the topic of this thread and are just spamming ideas to expect what devs should do (aside from actually talking about the game).
