Yeah took a small Vacation and then came back to announce that he stopped working on it and started working on another game, shame though hopefully someone continues it.
This dev also abandoned his previous game. Why does he think people will have any kind of trust he's gonna finish his next planned game when there's a pattern to his projects? That next game will likely end up abandoned as well. He started up good, but lost the idea how to move the plot and develop the scenarios with main and potential side characters. If he ever start another project i'm not gonna touch it unless it's finished and the next one will be probably be abandoned after few releases.

Hm. I don't think that my work was slavery or something like this.
I make free games to my own and players joy.
When project lost to me - i abandon it. Don't try to play with milking donation or just vanish.
Yeah, it's not cool to start something and then leave it, but still i have my reason to do so.

As player you can judge me as you want, but still try to think of me as a person and ask youself - how are you will do same situation? And if you think that game development is easy - nope, it's don't. Overwise everyone do this.

Still i like to make something for others, so my work will continues, but maybe not the straight path.

I've never claimed you're milking for donations nor that you are slave or obligated to finish your games, i'm just saying what's not that hard to notice and that's the fact there's a pattern to your games - them being abandoned after several releases. It's a shame because your previous game as well as this one had potential, but for whichever reasons (real life obligations, lack of the ideas to further the plot) they end up unfinished. That's about it, if there's a next game i'm gonna try it only if it's a finished project. Nothing personal against you and wish you all the best.

Okay, maybe i missjudge you criticism for insult.
Part of me want to make full and finish game at once, but make it to the full take many times (and now money too since I hired an artist), so i will shurelly release it not finished.

On the other hand - with RPG Maker engine and 2D arts i fill it more intresting to work. And with expirience from previous games maybe i can finish it. Time will tell.

As for your intrest for my work... well, that sucks, but it's ok. You free to play any thing you want, buddy.

na 2d arts a whole different beast of burden. easily the single most consistent thing in making or breaking a game outside burnout. gives you more freedom yes but it also takes 10x as long to do even one scene. 3d? same thing even if your ripping assets.

its the commitment that pays for the freedom as now you do nearly everything alone.
