I'm currently working on new damsels, I've finished tail customization, almost updated the game to Unreal 5.5, and working on Dragon Tails. (Currently a critical ticket sponsored on patreon). I am also working on a new restraint type. But simmer on that one right now.
As for a new free version I'll see what I can do in 3-6 months. The money that comes from the project lets me get time off work to work on the game beyond freetime on the weekends, so its hard right now to upload a new free version since it'll mean a big drop in funding. Either way I'll see what I can do, I want as many people to enjoy this game as possible!
