You can still make nsfw arts and animations. You just can't put it on Patreon without given out your personal information to them.
Dan98 is already on Pixiv soo he'd should've already known that side of the platform existed. My only guess is the mosaic censorship law behind using that platform.
Can you upload these files and the files after this on pixeldrain? All the link gave me error 502 when i downloaded it. It has been this way like 3-4 days.
