I believe she's an original character based off of someone's understanding on the 420chan boards. That seems likely as I can't find any reference to a similarly named animated or video game character.

Of the four, I like the first two the best but they're all quite impressive. Looking closely I see a few flaws but that's not going to stop me from appreciating your versions. I've tried to do things like this before and they weren't this good -- I know it's hard to get it all just right.
