Not really no. No real futa's (penis and vagina).
She has a few characters with penis variants but only for chars that are later mentioned by devs being trans/intersex or hinted at being trans/intersex, like Poison from Street Fighter and Kaine from Nier. So only female characters that possibly have a penis in the lore, thus very very rarely.

(le sigh...) Not to beat a dead horse, which by this point, has likely been necro'd and put down so often that it probably doesn't look like a horse anymore; I really do hate that she doesn't just name the batches after the MONTH they came out, rather than the month she started working on them...
I know, pet peeve more than anything else, it just bugs me, lol
