The guy who creates this gimp files seems to have no interest to make Tier Harribel.
He mostly converts the artworks from dandon he personally likes independent from what other people would like to have.

I just load the .Xcf in gimp then file, export as and type Psd for the file extension and it works in photoshop.

knows how to solve when some effects turn a little yellow when I export the gimp to PSD
