There is a house just above Alex's house, Tess's/Trev's house. Go into it and through the door at the top in the living room, Tess's room. You will find what you are looking for. I recommend you tell the truth too.

Not sure I understand the question completely but if you are asking how to start the Saturday Night Fever quest it was changed on how it begins in this version from last. You need to go through the Tess questline first until the "Sand in my Toes" quest, where you see her at the beach. Afterwards go to the school, talk to Tess and she will mention about going camping and to talk to the guys.

Paparazzo quest will start during the Mom's questline. I forget when exactly but just keep going through her quests.
Tattletale is the quest where you had to follow Traci to the girl's bathroom at school.
Amy's questline will sometimes require you to have the right affection level with her, gift her the cola item everyday to raise it.
The time skipping part may be a bug but if it's telling you that you don't have enough affection level with her then try to raise it by gifting her those cola drinks everyday until it lets you progress.
looks like sister quest is bugged, after get the affection, cant talk to her anymore she is aways in the living room
about mom questline, aready in the part when get the job and says cant progress for now and "paparazzo" never show

You are playing on the DX version and have place the "Oedipus" mode file into the game's BIN folder, right? That's the only thing I can think of that is stopping your progress. I played through both of the Mom's questline and Amy's questline with no problems.
This is more or less the affection Amy will have to be at by her final quest for this release.

I thought that the DX thing was like "cheating mode". I turned it on just for shit and giggles and the event unfolded. Then I read what is was, not I started from scratch.
Why the fuck is there a DX shit anyway?

Just started playing this game and I was blown away at first until I realized it's bugged... Now keeps crushing after officer Dick comes to your house and you take a shower with MC's mom which also happens to be the first lewd scene I was looking forward to... No way to avoid the bug since it happens automatically. Also made the mistake to rely on the autosave feature a bit too much it seems. Oh well! Just 2 hours wasted I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

A save file for those of you who just want to view the gallery. The save file is with DX version and "Oedipus" patch, so if you don't have those you might run into problems. Place the files into the Savedata folder of the game, overwriting if asked.
Only thing left for you to do would be to collect the last of the Avatar viewers and the trading cards, both of which can be bought from two merchants found in the game at night.
