Theres a certain building you have to climb. There will be an x on top of the building, you jump to the adjacent building towards the left starting at the x and you'll find the card on the ground

It's hard to see, but there is a hole in the building to the left.
You can jump into the next building and you will end up inside.
It takes a few tries to get.

from one hand i'm sad that dandy went on hold but from the other i'm happy that oni and company are real passionate about making games not just eroge but overall games and they even made their own engine what's not something common in current game dev and especially in eroge game dev where renpy and rpgm are kings

Edit: i wrote this because i wanted to replay dandy but now i see that their new game got uploaded maybe i give it a try even if its only a demo
