I was surprised by the low ratings so I tried it myself. Thought people were capping or that the devs made the content free but it’s just the Patreon version that has everything. You can see the adult scenes there just don’t expect too much.
I’m actually liking the game so far. It’s a bit generic since everything runs on rails and there’s not much real tension for the MC - no “steal the girl from her boyfriend behind his back” moments (the MILF doesn’t count, lol). Still, it follows the usual formula: interact, do mini-games, advance the story. Sometimes paths cross between love interests, which works fine - not too deep, not too silly.
The mini-games are easy but look great. I was shocked how smooth the visuals and animations are, probably thanks to some mix of AI and hand animation use - no weird warping like in other games I saw. The package is nice overall, especially with the walkthrough and preview of future characters. Only downside: most of the ecchi content is behind a paywall, so unless the Patreon version leaks, the free one might feel a bit empty.

Fortunately the steam description calls it as a "impregnation dating sim" so I'm sure eventually that will get added. The dev promises Q2 2026 on steam, so we should see some of that content added soon. I'm gonna wait for the full release though, since the bulk of current content is paywalled.
