I don't think so. While it is up to v0.07 on itch, on Patreon it is up to v0.10. I don't know what "final quest" means, but after release v0.10 the dev shared a teaser for a new character. Maybe he is referring to the main plot(?
With this new game, he is working in 4 games at the same time. The other 2, The Dark Side of the World (this one is here in the forum) and Curse of the Soul, where removed from itch, same happened with the prequel of this one.

kinda confusing with all the things going on with this dev, i dont know if he still locks certain animations behind patreon version, and having 4 games at once seems suspect. Only saw the ZZZ game and this one 0.7 because it popped on itch recent games

Yeah, not sure if he still doing that. In his Patreon he has polls for "Dream Scenes" with multiples characters but not sure if those are Patron only videos (or for his boosty subs), or if they will be in the game. ZZZ has won a lot of those polls, so I'm guessing that he decided to create that parody game since he already has the models and some scenes
Well, supposedly 2 of them are short games, and I think that he is more focused in completing those 2
