Saving in this game is useless bruh? I always start at the beginning everytime I die, there's checkpoint in every stage but it's useless the game will just prompt saving without actually saving. I wasted my 1 hour playing bruh

When it does the laser beam attack you have to grapple into the air and land on top of the head and attack the brain, you have to be careful when attacking the brain though because after a few hits it will start to turn red before blowing up so when it does that you have to jump back down.

L1 should be shift, L2=F, R1=space, R2=E.

You can press F1 and in the top left click Settings>Operation setting then the keyboard/mouse control settings. You can change the keybinds there

According to the latest post, new update is delayed for unknown amount of time, there will be another post about the Steam version of the game soon-ish.
